PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable dental implement which improves circulation of temporomandibular joint, keeps an occlusal positional relationship between anterior teeth of both jaws, and prevents a downward movement of a molar region, for treating temporomandibular disorder.;SOLUTION: At bedtime, an implement which physically keeps an interval is inserted at a contact point between four teeth of maxillary central and lateral incisors and lower anterior teeth by a resin, a metal or the like so that an occlusal position between anterior teeth of both jaws is not changed.
