PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for installing a solar power generation device and a method for installing the solar power generation device capable of easily, accurately, and speedily detecting an installation state (a displacement of the orientation and an inclination) of a supporting post with the use of the orientation meter and a clinometer, and to provide a tracking drive type solar power generation device capable of tracking and driving with high precision and accuracy by implementing a compensation corresponding to the installation state of the supporting post. PSOLUTION: The track driving type solar power generation device 1 comprises a solar cell panel 2 for generating an electricity by receiving the solar energy, a tracking drive part 3 for tracking the solar light by turning the solar cell panel 2 to the direction perpendicularly intersecting the solar light, the supporting post 4 for mounting and fixing the tracking drive part 3, and a driving control part 5 for generating a tracking drive signal for drive controlling the tracking drive part 3 to output it to the tracking drive part 3.
