PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use object limiting benefit information by a user by collectively controlling the object limiting benefit information stored in computers of respective commodity-service providers.;SOLUTION: Provider information is registered in this intermediary computer 12 from a commodity-service provider side computer 13. The intermediary computer 12 issues a user ID to a user side computer 11 for registering user information in the intermediary computer 12 from a user side terminal 11. The object limiting benefit information is registered at any time in the intermediary computer 12 from the commodity-service provider side computer 13, and the intermediary computer 12 stores these object limiting benefit information. When transmitting a benefit retrieving condition and the user ID from the user side terminal 11, the intermediary computer 12 extracts the object limiting benefit information coincident with the benefit retrieving condition on the benefit content and coincident with user information of a user on the object limiting condition from the stored object limiting benefit information, and transmits the object limiting benefit information to the user side terminal 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
