PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PLC simulator device, a program for simulation and a recording medium with the program recorded thereon, capable of changing an executable state of a task and the internal state for standby and shortening cycle time by the simulation.;SOLUTION: In a PLC simulator device 10 for simulating instruction execution of the PLC program capable of controlling the execution state of other tasks by a task initializing instruction and task standby instruction, a switch instruction for the task internal state is issued from a task management part 31 of debugger 30 to a main processing part 21 of a ladder execution engine 20.
