PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for estimating an axial drift angle capable of dispensing with detection of own speed, and capable of estimating an axial drift angle while reducing a computing volume compared with that of a conventional device, without using Taylor expansion. PSOLUTION: A navigation system is provided with a detecting means 110 for detecting an observation data including a relative speed and an azimuthal angle respectively as to a plurality of radar reflectors, and a computing means 120 for calculating an off-set angle estimated value of a radar by a least square method by vector computation, based on the observation data detected respectively as to the plurality of radar reflectors.
