PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and economically manage user personal information necessary for communication between a user terminal device U and a net store device S by managing user personal information in a batch.;SOLUTION: In an on-line shopping system, user personal information is managed in a batch by a user management center device TTP. This center device TTP issues temporary information TU including temporary user information and temporary authentication information in response to log-in from the user terminal device U to a designated net store device S, and distributes the TU information to the user terminal device U and the designated net store device S. Thus, when the user terminal device U requests the net store device S to perform authentication on the basis of the TU information, it is possible for the net store device S to authenticate the user terminal device U on the basis of the TU information from a user management device TTP.
