PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical diaphragm and an electroacoustic transducer which have few peaks and dips, by suppressing the generation of a standing wave, acquire high sound pressure in a low-pitch sound region, and apply electroacoustic conversion to an input signal with high efficiency.;SOLUTION: The spherical shell diaphragm (200) has an almost spherical shell shape in which the external shape portions of a plurality of diaphragms (10, 10R) each having an external shape portion (14) of a regular polygon of n-angles (n is an integer 4 or larger), inscribed on a circle of one diameter (D2), are coupled with each other. Each of the plurality of diaphragms is provided with an internal shape portion (13), having a projection shape on a reference plane (P0) including the external shape portion having a shape that is rotationally symmetric about a center axis (O) of one diameter, and protruding toward the outside of the reference plane; and a vibration surface portion (12), having a surface coupling the external shape portion with the internal portion and inclined to the center axis.
