PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out, from among highly safe natural products, one exhibiting an inhibiting action on increase in stem cell proliferation factor (SCF) expression and to provide an inhibitor on increase in the stem cell proliferation factor (SCF) expression comprising the same as an effective ingredient.;SOLUTION: The inhibitor on increase in the stem cell proliferation factor (SCF) expression includes as effective ingredients one or two or more selected from the group consisting of an extract of Equisetum arvense, an extract of Nasturtium officinale, an extract of Matricaria chamomilla and an extract of Swertia japonica.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
