PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repeating type clip treatment implement which loads a plurality of connected clips into a sheath with easy operation and positions the clips loaded by such loading operation in a predetermined position within the sheath, and also to provide a method for loading the connected clips into the sheath. PSOLUTION: The distal end of the sheath is fitted to the proximal end of a connected clip package receiving a plurality of connected clips. The distal end of an operation wire is connected to a clip row within the connected clip package. When a sheath gripping section of an operating section is slid and moved forward for a predetermined first length (M) with respect to a body, the distal end of the sheath is moved from the proximal end of the connected clip package to the distal end of the plurality of clips.
