PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deter crime from developing though personal information is protected by a method wherein the fingerprint of a person, who signs slips, is taken without introducing a system on a large scale in order to identify the person in question by utilizing the slip.;SOLUTION: In the sales slip 10 of a credit card, in addition to general items, a signature column 12 by a card user and a fingerprint recording part 14, in which the fingerprint of the card user is taken, are provided. The fingerprint recording part 14 consists of a recording film 16 for taking a fingerprint from a finger 36 pressed down, a frame-like sheet 18 for positioning a fingerprint recording site and a protective sheet 20 for protecting a recorded fingerprint under the condition that the rear surface of the recording film 16 is pasted to the front surface of the sales slip 10 by a proper means. The sales slip 10, by which the fingerprint of the card user is utilized for checking up the fingerprint of a nominee himself or herself only when unfair utilization or the like by a person except the nominee is suspected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
