PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binary foaming polyurethane sealing material for containers for electric, communication and precision instruments which is excellent in weatherability, water vapor-proofness and the like and forms a good sealing layer without lowering the material properties of foamed items and causing liquid sagging. PSOLUTION: This binary foaming polyurethane sealing material for containers for electric, communication and precision instruments comprises (A) a polyisocyanate liquid containing at least an NCO-terminal urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting (A1) an MDI polyisocyanante and (A2) a macromolecular polyol, and (B) a polyol liquid comprising at least (B1) a polyether polyol, (B2) a hydrocarbon polyol, (B3) glycerol, (B4) a catalyst, (B5) a foaming agent and (B6) a thixotropy-providing agent.
