PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a relation model between high-accuracy quality and operation by a comparatively small division number by allowing proper automatic space division according to the distribution state of data such as the deviation or roughness/denseness of operation data when dividing an operation factor space when analyzing relevance between an operation factor and the quality. PSOLUTION: Data are grouped on the basis of a distance between the data in the operation factor space, and a normal distribution function approximating a data group thereof is derived. A membership function is found from a normal distribution thereof, software division wherein boundary vicinities of areas are overlapped is created, and a local quality prediction model in each area is calculated to construct a quality analysis model as a whole. By analyzing contents of the constructed whole model, a relation between the operation and the quality in a manufacturing process wherein a plurality of generation factors are inherent can be rapidly analyzed with high accuracy.
