PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center system that suppresses an increase in network traffic amount caused by an event notification as an operator-related information signal.;SOLUTION: The call center system includes a plurality of operator terminals which generate event notifications as operator-related information signals, an operator-state management server which collects the event notifications via a network so as to execute simulcast distribution of the event notifications to a plurality of the operator terminals via the network, and at least one of event distribution servers respectively corresponding to at least one distribution-destination terminal group obtained by dividing the operator terminals into groups. The operator-state management server transmits at least one of the collected event notifications to the event distribution server via the network. The event distribution server executes simulcast transfer of the received event notification to each of the operator terminals included in the distribution-destination terminal group corresponding to itself.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
