PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a developer of an application of a secondary system in changing a format of semi-structured data. PSOLUTION: Using structure difference extraction data 800 such that a difference between the input semi-structured data before change and the semi-structured data after the change is extracted, and reference structure information (table 1300) indicating which structure of the semi-structured data each application referring to the semi-structured data refers to, narrowed-down structure difference data 900 such that a difference of the semi-structured data affected by the application referring to the semi-structured data is extracted as a partial structure tree is created for the application.
