PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication regulation system in which communication regulation is performed by specifying a practicable communication system depending on the place where a mobile terminal is located.;SOLUTION: The communication regulation system comprises wireless reply devices 1101, 1102, 1201, 1202, mobile terminals 201, 202 of different communication system capable of performing wireless communication with them, and a communication system judging device 501. The mobile terminal 201, 202 transmits identification information included in an acknowledge received from any one of the wireless reply devices 1101, 1102, 1201, 1202 to the communication system judging device 501. The communication system judging device 501 includes a database storing the identification information of the wireless reply devices 1101, 1102, 1201, 1202 in association with an available communication system, and determines the available communication system, based on the identification information received from the mobile terminal 201, 202 with reference to the database.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
