The array antenna is aligned on the first focal line position, and an elliptic cylindrical surface reflecting mirror 10 rotatable and drivable around the first focal line, capable of turning and scanning the second focal line is installed, and a controller 24 for controlling the antenna switcher so as to select all combinations between the transmitting antenna elements and the receiving antenna elements synchronously with a rotation signal from the elliptic cylindrical surface reflecting mirror is installed.
