PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent formation of unevenness on a surface of a sheath even if a pressing and winding tape is omitted in a wiring cable such as 600 V vinyl insulating vinyl sheath cable.;SOLUTION: By separately wrapping an insulating wire core 2 together with a paper inner inclusion 7 by the inclusion 9 for paper wrapping, two of wire core units 2 are fabricated and these wire core units 10 are twisted together. By this, the pressing and winding tape becomes unnecessary. Because of this, it becomes unnecessary to remove the pressing and winding tape at the time of terminal treatment operation of the wiring cable, wastes can be reduced while reduction of operation efficiency can be suppressed. Since the inclusion 9 for wrapping is of the same material (paper) as that of the inner inclusion 7, it becomes unnecessary to separate both in recycling and disposing the wiring cable. Since the surface of the wire core unit 10 has become flat and smooth, even if the number of the insulating wire cores 2 is large, a situation does not occur that the insulating wire core 2 swings and that unevenness is generated on the surface of the sheath 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
