PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary table device which can manufacture a product having high dimensional accuracy and having a surface roughness of 0.3 μm or less, by rotary-machining a workpiece (e.g. a base of a bearing) secured onto a rotary table, and to provide a rotary grinding device with the rotary table device.;SOLUTION: According to the rotary table device, to minimize rocking of a cylindrical rotary body 302 of an air bering for bearing a rotary electromagnetic chuck 3a, a bottom recessed wall of a disk-shaped guide plate 308 fixed to a bottom of the cylindrical rotary body 302 is hooked by a rubber-sheathed guide pin 306b horizontally fixed to a side wall external portion of a flange 306a arranged on an upper area of a main spindle 306, and then the cylindrical rotary body 302 is made rotatable, to thereby prevent rocking of the electromagnetic chuck 3a.
