PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily repairing a white defect by an independent wiring system independently having holding capacity wiring.;SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device includes a thin film transistor display plate having a gate line, sustain electrode wiring having a sustain electrode line and sustain electrode connected to the sustain electrode line, a gate insulating film, a semiconductor layer formed in the upper part of the gate insulating film of a gate electrode, a data line, a drain electrode opposed to a source electrode and superposed on the sustain electrode via the gate insulating film interposed in-between and a pixel electrode formed in the upper part of a protective film having a contact hole for exposing the drain electrode and connected to the drain electrode through the contact hole.
