PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of determining a person with sufficient precision by small-scaled constitution. PSOLUTION: A monitoring robot for a person determination system acquires an image of the determination objective person, determines the consistency with any of persons registered already in a person image database, using the determination image, and transmits the image of the determination objective person to the first specified transmitted side, when the determination objective person is determined not to get consistent with any of the persons registered already.
