PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modification line arrangement program, a modification line arrangement device and a modification line arrangement method, capable of arranging a modification line in the state distinguishable visually from other modification line, in an objective position on digital content.SOLUTION: A computer is operated as a modification line addition positional information acquiring means for receiving an event notification including identification information of the digital content displayed on a browser, from the browser, and for acquiring modification line addition positional information, from a positional information management means of holding the modification line addition positional information while correlated with the identification information of the digital content, and as a modification line arrangement processing means for arranging an object of a new modification line by shifting an object from the existing modification line, in a logical position of the new modification line on the digital content, based on the logical position of the new modification line included in the modification line addition positional information acquired by the modification line addition positional information acquiring means.
