PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instant supporter of a bird injury-preventing tool, preventing a filamentous body from being hung down, and enabling the attaching operation of the bird injury-preventing tool to be safely and efficiently carried out when attaching the bird injury-preventing tool to an electric wire or the like to prevent the birds from staying on the electric wire by installing a wire body on the electric wire through a plurality of tools through a remote safety rod; and to provide an indirect hot-line engineering method using the same.;SOLUTION: The instant supporter 1 of the bird injury-preventing tool is used when attaching the bird injury-preventing tool comprising the wire body to be installed almost just overhead of the electric wire to prevent the birds from staying on the electric wire, and a plurality of the tools for installing the wire body at a prescribed interval.
