PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energization heating method for the vacuum degassing tank of a vacuum degassing device in which excess or deficiency of that heating is prevented in each area of the tank, and to provide a vacuum degassing method and device using the above method.;SOLUTION: In this energization heating method, the electrodes are provided at both ends and an intermediate part of the vacuum degassing tank comprising a hollow tube made of platinum or its alloy. The route for carrying current to the degassing tank is divided into the first energizing route connecting an electrode provided at the intermediate part with the electrode provided at one end and the second energizing route connecting the electrode provided at the intermediate part with an electrode provided at the other end, respectively, and the energizing controls on the first and second routes are each independently performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
