PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liner composition for a retort-sterilizable pilfer-proof cap that has elasticity both at a low temperature (at a room temperature) and at a high temperature (during retort sterilization) and that has good sealing properties and good cap-opening property. ;SOLUTION: The liner composition for a retort-sterilizable pilfer-proof cap is produced by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. polyester-based elastomer consisting of a hard component being an aromatic polyester and a soft component being an aliphatic polyether or an aliphatic polyester wherein the polyester-based elastomer has a Vicat softening point of 120-180°C, a surface hardness in a range of 38-52 and a ratio by weight % of the hard component to the soft component of 60:40-35:65 and (B) as a lubricant, (i) 2-10 pts.wt. vegetable wax, (ii) 0.05-0.2 pt.wt. ethylene-bis-higher fatty acid amide and (iii) 0.1-3 pts.wt. higher fatty acid amide, based on 100 pts.wt. polyester-based elastomer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
