PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a happiness valuation-determining tool used to easily judge a person's happiness valuation without time and labor even if a user does not have expertise.;SOLUTION: The happiness valuation-determining tool comprises a question sheet, a check sheet, a determination sheet and a description sheet. On the question sheet, a plurality of questions and groups of alternatives as answers to the questions divided into a plurality of stages in the degree of requirement for attaining happiness. On the check sheet, partitioned columns corresponding to clusters of "personal happiness", "social happiness", "home happiness" and "occupational happiness" are printed, and is used to determine the group to which the alternative chosen to the individual question is applied by comparison with the domain having the group of the alternatives. The determination sheet is used for sorting and determining in the first to fourth groups partitioned into the different valuations according to the number of the alternatives applied to the individual clusters.
