PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber composition having high heat conductivity, less compressive permanent strain, and excellent heat resistance and suitably used as the covering material of a fixing roll and a fixing belt, the fixing roll, and the fixing belt.;SOLUTION: In this silicone rubber composition for the high heat conductive heat fixing roll or the fixing belt, a zinc oxide of 0.3 mass% or less in Na content and 1 to 50 μm in average grain size is disposed in the heat curing type silicone rubber composition. In this fixing roll, the silicone rubber layer of the fixing roll formed by forming a silicone rubber layer on the outer periphery of a core is the cured matter of the composition. In this fixing belt, a silicone rubber formed by forming the silicone rubber layer of the fixing belt on the front and rear surfaces of a base plate formed of a heat resistant resin or metal is formed by curing the composition. The high heat conductive silicone rubber composition is high in heat conductivity, less in compressive permanent strain, forms a silicone rubber with less physical deformation even under high temperatures, used suitably as the covering material for the fixing belt, and useful as the fixing rolls such as the heater rolls and pressurizing rolls and the fixing belt of copying machines and laser beam printers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
