PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UV-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive that gives a cured product which does not exhibit adhesiveness in an ordinary state but adheres to another cured product under a specified applied pressure and can be easily peeled therefrom irrespectively of the angle of peeling and to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet using the adhesive. ;SOLUTION: This UV-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive contains an acrylic oligomer, a photopolymerizable acrylic monomer, and a photopolymerization initiator. The photopolymerizable acrylic monomer that develops an elongation of at least 100% when measured under specified conditions is used for this purpose.
