PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water holding type cut flower stand transporting container, the water holding part of which is so structured that no water is spilled therefrom even if the container accidentally falls during transportation, and is easily folded for workability in assembling an outer box and an inner bag simultaneously through one touch operation, and which is convenient for storage, for delivery to a user, and for disposal after use because the same is not bulky. PSOLUTION: At the bottom end of the outer box which can be folded flat from a cubic shape capable of transporting a flower in a standing manner, a waterproof water holding inner bag is inwardly and integrally mounted in such a manner as it can be folded as the outer box is folded. The insertion opening of the bag for a cut flower is formed at the center of the outer box, and the top face wall of the bag, i.e. the periphery of the insertion opening, works as a water stop flange for preventing the spill of water even if the outer box falls.
