PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing contributive to easy assembly and disassembly as well as a rotating device and a paper feeder easy to assemble and disassemble and their assembling and disassembling method.;SOLUTION: A rotating shaft 118 is rotatably supported on a supporting part 120 via the bearing 122. The rotating shaft 118 has a pin 140 for fixing a cam member 124. The cam member 124 is arranged near the supporting part 120, and so the bearing 122, when is moved, interferes with the pin 140.
