PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power managing system which accurately estimates the life of a battery that an uninterruptible power unit has, and protects an information processor properly.;SOLUTION: An uninterruptible power supply system 1 is provided with a current-voltage source 2, an uninterruptible power supply unit 3, which can supply power, and a basic processor 4, which receives power supply from the uninterruptible power unit 3. The uninterruptible power supply unit 3 is provided with a power load measuring part, which measures a power value and a load value to be supplied, a power value recorder, which records the measured power value, and a trend predictor 25, which predicts the usable grace time of the battery 7, from the recorded power value and the measured load value.
