It activates selectively by processing the deviation from low catalyst, with oxygen-containing chemical compound. Selective activation is achieved the deviation from low catalyst, by processing with the carrier raw materials which include oxygen-containing chemical compound. As for the deviation from low catalyst which is activated selectively, when it uses for the deviation from low of the wax quality hydrocarbon, the ash fluid temperature improves the yield of the equal isomerization oil oxygen-containing chemical compound vis-a-vis the deviation from low catalyst which was not processed.
