PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copying laser beam oscillating device, and a beam oscillating laser machining apparatus capable of attaining excellent machining characteristics by oscillating the laser spot at the predetermined angle with respect to the tangential direction of the straight or curved machining line autonomously and singly by a laser beam oscillating means to form the symmetric laser irradiation locus on both sides of the machining line without any communication with a beam control means of the copy control of laser beams on the machining line on a workpiece in the laser beam machining.
