PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease an analysis error in a metabolic flux analysis conducted by using a compound labeled with an isotope. PSOLUTION: The subject method for analyzing intracellular metabolic flux comprises determining the intracellular metabolic flux from analytical values of cells cultured in a culture medium containing a substrate which is labeled with the isotope as a carbon source, based on an intracellular metabolic flux model structured so as to be related to the intracellular metabolic flux which is to be analyzed, wherein the method satisfied at least one of the following requirements (a) to (c): (a) an effect of interchange reaction between an intracellular metabolite and a cell-composing component which is formed as a result of uptake of the intracellular metabolite is considered; (b) uptake of a compound which is identical to a compound existing in the culture medium and is not labeled by the isotope into the cell is considered; and (c) carbon dioxide used in fixation reaction is assumed to be the carbon dioxide generated in a formation reaction.
