PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting a fatigue life of a spot welding structure, capable of precisely predicting a fatigue life of the spot welding structure by simulating a breakdown phenomenon of an actual spot welding structure. PSOLUTION: The method for predicting the fatigue life of the spot welding structure predicts, by calculating a force and a moment applied to each sharing node 7 in each spot welding section and then calculating each evaluation stress of each node 7 based on the calculated force and the moment, the fatigue life of the node 7 based on the calculated evaluation stress and a fatigue life chart. Further, the method calculates each damage to each sharing node 7 from each sharing node 7 predicted; removes a spot welding section 3 with a sharing node 7 in which the calculated damage reaches a breaking limitation, from a finite element model 1; and then repeats the calculation of each fatigue life of each sharing node.
