PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an affinity judging apparatus by which affinity can be judged easily and which has game property. PSOLUTION: The apparatus comprises: a first authentication means (CPU 50a) which authenticates whether a first user is an authorized user in a case when the first user accesses from a first terminal device referring to access information of a prescribed medium; a first presenting means (CPU 50a) which presents psychological test information in the case; a first grading means which receives an answer and grades it in the case; a second authentication means (CPU 50a) which authenticates whether a second user is an authorized user in a case when the second user accesses from a second terminal device; a second presenting means (CPU 50a) which presents the psychological test information in the case; a second grading means (CPU 50a) which receives the answer of the psychological test and grades it in the case; a judgment means (CPU 50a) for judging the affinity of the two users based on the result of grading; and a reporting means (CPU 50a) for reporting the result of judgment to the two users.
