PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a method for efficiently producing a chicken type monoclonal antibody and a structure-modified chicken type monoclonal antibody, to provide a chicken type monoclonal antibody produced by the production method, to provide an expression vector used for the production method, to provide a transformed cell into which the expression vector is transduced, and to provide a primer set.;SOLUTION: By the method for producing the chicken type monoclonal antibody, a perfect length chicken type monoclonal antibody (Full antibody), a structure-modified chicken type monoclonal antibody in which seven amino acids are deleted from the C-terminal side of the H chain (7aa antibody), a structure-modified chicken type monoclonal antibody in which fifty five amino acid residues are deleted, while leaving the cysteine residue of CH2 domain, (CH2 antibody), or a structure-modified chicken type monoclonal antibody in which both CH3 domain and CH4 domain are deleted (Fc antibody), can be produced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
