PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital signal transmitting/receiving system which prevents a demodulator from performing a pull-in operation when receiving signals are interrupted or recovered, and to provide a digital signal transmitter and a digital signal receiver used for the above system.;SOLUTION: An input unit 111 generates a second packet stream whose transfer speed is changed to a prescribed transfer rate and leading data are replaced with a prescribed value determined by specifications based on TS as a first packet stream, and synchronizing signals FSYNC obtained by compressing and coding the information signals. The second packet is modulated through a 64QAM modulator 113, frequency-converted through a frequency conversion unit 114, and transmitted by radio through PA115. The received signals are converted to intermediate frequencies through a frequency conversion unit 122 on a receiving side, demodulated through a 64QAM demodulator 123, and converted in transfer speed to an original transfer rate through an output unit, and TS and FSYNC are outputted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
