PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frost prevention fan apparatus having an automatic folding type neck mechanism and bringing no trouble to the use of a tea field control system, taking into consideration the popularization of a tea field control system such as a tea reaping machine and a pest control machine (land and air pest control machine) from the aspect of automation and mechanization in a tea field.;SOLUTION: This frost prevention fan apparatus having an automatic folding type neck mechanism is composed of a pillar attaching body of an extension type pillar, a frame rotatably set on the pillar attaching body, a swing stand set on the frame, a depression angle-adjusting body set on the swing stand so as to be able to adjust a depression angle, a motor base mounted so as to be able to swing on the depression angle-adjusting body and automatically movable with the depression angle-adjusting body, and a motor fixing a shaft of a fan set on the motor base.
