The present invention relates to a kind of cationic alkoxyamine, these can be used as polymerization and can be used as polymerization initiator/regulator producing the nanoparticle of insertion and/or removing by natural or synthetic clay in controlled steady free radical polymerisation process. The present invention also relates in the improved nanocomposite manufactured by this method and these nanocomposite compositions, such as coating, sealant, calking agent, adhesive and as plastic additive.
