Selective separation of metal agent was allowed to react with glycidyl methacrylate and cellulose, as well as using the cellulose obtained by reacting a polyethylene imine and selective separation methods
Selective separation of metal agent was allowed to react with glycidyl methacrylate and cellulose, as well as using the cellulose obtained by reacting a polyethylene imine and selective separation methods
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbent which has high affinity to metals, especially heavy metals, such as mercury, copper and lead, and selectively adsorbs the metals.;SOLUTION: This cellulose comprises cellulose which contains glucose units having polyethylene imine side chains and is porous. The cellulose has selective affinity to metals, especially heavy metals. Porous cellulose to which polyethylene imine is graft-introduced can further improve the affinity to the heavy metals, and is thereby used as a metal adsorbent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
