PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculation method for electric field vector capable of grasping the intensity, direction, and phase of an electric field in a scanning surface in an electronic device, and provide its device, program, and recording medium which records the program.;SOLUTION: The electric field vector at the origin point is calculated from the distance between each coordinate and the origin which is calculated from signals of which at least the electric field component current intensity and phase are detected and signals detected at each coordinate by moving in turn to arbitrary coordinate on each coordinate axis by arranging an electric field sensor 2 for scanning on the origin of arbitrary coordinate system set in the vicinity of a measuring object 1, electric potential difference vector in each coordinate direction at the origin calculated from at least reference signal of which the current intensity and phase are detected, and each coordinate where the electric field sensor 2 are arranged by arranging a fixed magnetic field sensor 3 in the vicinity of the measuring object 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
