PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow cytophotometer that does not require frequent alignments but requires it only when equipment is initially set up.;SOLUTION: The cuvette serves as a flow cell and a flow cytophotometer. A nozzle 216 at one end of a flow channel is arranged in a removable substrate 273 held at a position where a flow cell 41 is aligned. An irradiation optical system, a condensing optical system, and the other elements including the flow cell may be arranged at the fixed position, but does not require subsequent periodic adjustments. The position for positioning the nozzle 216 allows a nozzle key 214 to be removed and replaced, and the nozzle 216 is arranged later at an ideal position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
