PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk-like blade stably showing an excellent cutting performance to an object formed of a hard and fragile material such as glass, silicon, silicon nitride, cemented carbide or the like, and to provide a cutting means which stably shows the excellent cutting performance and is easily designed.;SOLUTION: An annular ultra-sonic vibrator is fixed, coaxially to the disk-like blade, to at least one surface of the disk-like blade having a through-hole in the center for a rotary shaft to be mated to give the blade ultrasonic vibration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
