PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultured muscle cell extremely suitable for measurement of membrane transfer activity of GLUT4 dependent to external stimulation of insulin or the like; and to provide a method for measuring the membrane transfer activity of the GLUT4 using the cell. PSOLUTION: The differentiation-type cultured muscle tube cell constructively expressing the recombinant GLUT4 is obtained by carrying out the mixed culture of a wild myoblast and a recombinant myoblast constructively expressing the recombinant GLUT4 having a label material at the extracellular site. The method for measuring the membrane transfer activity of the recombinant GLUT4 uses the cell.
