PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide the posture of a nozzle NZ at the beginning point of machining so that the rotation around C-axis of the nozzle NZ of a three-dimensional laser beam machining device 31 does not stroke over. SOLUTION: Basic data Bi which are the data for the coordinate points of machining points and for the direction of a nozzle NZ are extracted from a three-dimensional shape MD which is drawn by CAD. Plural postures at the beginning point P1 of machining of the nozzle NZ are calculated from the basic data Bi. Meanwhile, the relative rotational angle of the nozzle NZ is calculated at each machining point located from the beginning point through the end point of the machining. The machining by the three-dimensional laser machining device 31 is optimized by deciding the posture of the nozzle NZ from among plural postures of the nozzle NZ at the beginning point of machining on the basis of the relative rotational angles so that the stroke over does not occur.
