It regards the ultrasonic vibrating assist type processed device which has with ultrasonic transducer and the 1st clamp which is the ultrasonic static nodal point with respect to vibrating horn and the 1st clamp and is with the lowest edges of vibrating horn the 2nd clamp which form the ultra wave in vibrating horn. As for this processed device, as for the 2nd clamp, it decreases the vibration of vibrating horn of cross direction of vibrating horn, it features that it has the linear bearing which makes the vibration of vibrating horn of vertical axis direction of vibrating horn possible.
