PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance image quality by optimizing the order of convex projection in an image magnification device for magnifying an image by use of POCS.;SOLUTION: The image magnification device 10 comprises an image input part 1, a condition expression calculation part 2, an order setting part 3, and an output image generation part 4.
