PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the shortcomings of long continuous loop piles having right or left-handed twists on the pile surface of a tufted loop pile cloth using SZ alternately twisted yarns as pile yarns. PSOLUTION: This pile yarn is provided by interposing a non-twisted part 15 in a non-twisted state between an S-twist part 13 and a Z-twist part 14 of an SZ-alternated false twisted single yarn 11 constituting the SZ-alternately twisted yarn 12 to form an arranged part 16 having an arranged state between the non-twisted parts 15, 15 of a multiple number of the SZ-alternately false twisted single yarns, twining out part of the fibers 17 of the arranged part to bundle the fibers of the arranged part, forming at least two bundle parts 18 in the arranged part, making a part between the bundle parts 18, 18 of the arranged part as non-bundle parts 19 having a fiber opened state. By using the SZ-alternately twisted yarn as a pile yarn 20, the non-twisted loop piles 34, 35 are generated in addition to the left hand-twisted and right hand-twisted loop piles 30, 40 to make the pile surface as a marble-patterned state, then the shortcomings such as "lot mixture and vertical line" become inconspicuous.
