A floating water gravity separator 42 is used for separating the crashing articles of the waste electric products to at least 2 crashing articles as the gravity differences of the crashing articles, then a vertical eccentric water gravity separator 44 is used for acting the centrifugal force on the light articles and the selective water in the separating crashing articles and making the light articles and the selective water be selected to the crashing articles in the water and the crashing articles floating on the water. The crashing articles which are floating on the water are the polypropylene colophony which are largely used in the household electric appliances. So the polypropylene colophony is used for selecting and reclaiming the reused polypropylene colophony with high purity. The selective water which is used in the vertical eccentric water gravity separator 44 is circulated on the upstream side of the floating water gravity separator 42 by a second pump 2. Broken objects of waste household electric appliances are sorted into at least two kinds of broken objects by using a floating and sinking type water specific gravity sorting machine 42 according to the specific gravity difference of the broken objects, and then centrifugal force respectively acts on light objects in the broken objects and sorting water by a longitudinal centrifugal type water specific gravity sorting machine 44 in order to sort the broken objects into broken objects sinking in the water and broken objects floating on the water again. The broken objects floating on the water are polypropylene resin used in household electric appliances in the largest amount. Thus, the polypropylene resin is used for sorting and recycling high purity polypropylene resin which can be recycled. The sorting water used by the longitudinal centrifugal type water specific gravity sorting machine 44 is circulated to the upstream side of the floating and sinking type water specific gravity sorting machine 42 by a second pump 51.
