PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high precision replication optical molding material comprising a polycarbonate resin showing an excellent heat stability against high- cycle molding. SOLUTION: The high precision replication polycarbonate resin optical molding material is prepared by compounding (A) 0.01 to 0.1 pt.wt. partial and/or complete ester derived from a 10-22C monovalent fatty acid and an aliphatic polyhydric alcohol, (B) 0.001 to 0.05 pt.wt. phosphate and (C) 0.001 to 0.01 pts.wt. phosphite with 100 pts.wt. polycarbonate resin. Here, the polycarbonate resin is a mixed resin composition comprising 60 to 99 wt.% aromatic polycarbonate resin (PC-A), obtained by employing 2,2-bis-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane as a dihydric phenol component, and 1 to 40 wt.% aromatic polycarbonate resin (PC-M), obtained by employing a compound of formula [I] (wherein R1 to R4 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a 1-4C hydrocarbon group) as a dihydric phenol component.
